Oral statement - HRC45 item 10 - Governance in the mining sector in the DR Congo

Within the framework of the 45th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council (HRC45), the 5 signatory organisations wish to draw attention to some observations on the impact of the mining sector on the enjoyment of human rights in the country.
